Welcome to Kuitter. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them.

1. What Kuitter is (and isn't)

Kuitter is a self-help and peer-support tool for recovery from compulsive pornography use. It is not medical care. It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need help, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kuitter.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials private and let us know of any unauthorized use.

4. Community rules

Kuitter's community is a supportive, judgment-free space. You agree not to post:

Sexually explicit, pornographic, or graphic content, or links to it.
Harassment, hate, threats, bullying, or content that targets or shames others.
Spam, advertising, solicitation, or impersonation.
Illegal content, or anything that violates others' rights or privacy.

We use moderation, reporting, and automated tools, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

5. Content you share

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a license to display and distribute it within the app to operate the service. You're responsible for what you share and must have the right to share it.

6. Subscriptions & payments

Kuitter offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Some plans include an introductory free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies — not by us.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, and no using the app to harm others or break the law.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Kuitter is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Recovery outcomes vary and are not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using Kuitter and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
